ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our branch based in Townsville, 4818. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. In this role your key responsibilities would include:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain strong relationships with internal vendor and stock management teams, handling queries with honesty, courtesy, and integrity.
  • Booking in stock within vendor KPI timeframes
  • Act as the primary contact between the branch and national teams for operational inquiries.
  • Oversee asset quality control, ensuring accurate advertisements and high-quality photographs.
  • Coordinate asset rectifications, liaising with preparation teams and suppliers to ensure exceptional repair quality.
  • Manage stock control processes, including reporting, stock takes, reconciliation, and assisting with operational tasks as needed.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Current Valid Manual Drivers License (essential)
  • Forklift license desirable, not essential
  • Self-motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and able to work well in a team.
  • Strong ability to maintain quality standards, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient in MS Office with the ability to quickly learn our user-friendly auction system.
  • Demonstrated understanding of WH&S regulations and commitment to workplace safety.
