As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.
About Goodstart Aitkenvale
- Centre: A vibrant, 74-place centre catering to children from Nursery to Kindergarten.
- Room Placement: This role focuses on our dynamic Pre-Kindergarten room, fostering growth and curiosity in children aged 3–4.
- Centre Features : Located in the heart of Aitkenvale, with modern facilities, expansive outdoor areas, and a focus on sensory, play-based learning.
- Diverse Team: Our educators bring a wealth of experience, speaking various languages and fostering inclusivity, with many team members serving the community for over a decade

You’ll need:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current QLD Blue card
