What do you do?
- Inspire and lead your team by setting the standard for outstanding customer service while driving sales and meeting KPIs.
- Develop and mentor your team, preparing them for future growth and career progression opportunities.
- Oversee in-store visual merchandising, using your creativity and commercial awareness to enhance product presentation.
- Manage stock effectively, ensuring smooth operations and prioritising tasks to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback to support your team’s development and performance.
- Review sales reports and business insights to make strategic decisions that boost store performance.
What do you need:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or a Full Time retail worker looking for a step up
- A passion for the retail industry is a MUST!
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Experience in training and mentoring a team
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles
- Ability to manage stock efficiently and work in a fast-paced retail environment
- A hands-on approach with a can-do attitude
