Description:

The Gig:

  • Work with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure food standards are maintained to meet guest expectations;
  • Seasonal menus, focusing on the vibrant, crunchy, street food inspired snacks that pair so well with beer;
  • Monitor the quality of our food at all stages, including preparation and presentation;
  • Work closely with the team in all aspects of kitchen operations, providing guidance and support;
  • Follow and demonstrate established guidelines for food safety and handling;
  • Demonstrate high respect and understanding for Work Health & Safety procedures;
  • Weekend, evening, and some public holiday work will be essential.
