Description:
The Gig:
- Work with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure food standards are maintained to meet guest expectations;
- Seasonal menus, focusing on the vibrant, crunchy, street food inspired snacks that pair so well with beer;
- Monitor the quality of our food at all stages, including preparation and presentation;
- Work closely with the team in all aspects of kitchen operations, providing guidance and support;
- Follow and demonstrate established guidelines for food safety and handling;
- Demonstrate high respect and understanding for Work Health & Safety procedures;
- Weekend, evening, and some public holiday work will be essential.
