We’re seeking a well-organised Immigration Coordinator to join our Global Employer Services team. We’re open to candidates national and offer flexible working.

What will your typical day look like?

As an integral part of our Global Employer Services (GES) team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the immigration process for multinational clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve handling key tasks to ensure seamless visa processing and compliance. Working closely with experienced immigration professionals, you’ll have the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of immigration processes while contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

In this role, it will be your responsibility to:

  • Prepare and review documentation related to Australian immigration and visa processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct Labour Market Testing (LMT) checks and gather information for initial eligibility assessments.
  • Submit, file, and manage documents in online systems.
  • Assist in preparing standardised forms, letters, and reports.
  • Maintain and update visa tracking databases, extracting reports as needed.
  • Provide administrative support for invoicing, payments, and overall process coordination.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth task completion.

You are someone with:

  • Administrative experience, preferably in immigration, legal, or professional services environments.
  • Background as a paralegal, law clerk, migration assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents with accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise deadlines, and work efficiently.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Immigration experience is advantageous but not required.
