The opportunity
RDNS, part of Silver Chain Group, sets the standard for in-home and community services and can offer you a truly rewarding career as part of a passionate, experienced team. In this role you play a crucial part in providing clients the care that enables them to live their best lives at home. Your tasks include medication management, clinical assessments, pressure injuries, and wound dressings.
With support from your team, you can work with autonomy and flexibility, enhance your clinical skills and build meaningful relationships with clients. Experience firsthand the lasting impact of your work on people’s lives and the community.
Working in a Full Time capacity with a Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.30pm roster. We’re here to support you to thrive with RDNS. You will receive ongoing support to build your career and clinical expertise, including in-house professional development and career progression opportunities.
About you
You have passion with purpose and are driven by excellence. Caring is a profession and a calling, and your work and support enriches everyone. In addition, you will have the following skills:
- Medication training HLTEN507 A/B/C essential
- Minimum 2 years post graduate experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Community care experience highly regarded
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- Current, full Australian driver’s license
