Working together, KBR and SA Water have a collective goal of delivering a $1.8 billion capital investment program of interesting and diverse water and wastewater infrastructure across South Australia. To do this we are innovating by adapting a better, more sophisticated approach to how we plan, manage, and deliver new programs. In this role you will be embedded in SA Water working on behalf of the community to improve safety, reliability, cost and communication

The Opportunity

In this role you will be integrated into SA Water supporting a large portfolio of water and wastewater infrastructure programs. Influencing and collaborating amongst an extensive stakeholder group of construction partners, vendors, regulators and internal teams will be critical as you seek to optimise resource planning.

Our collective goal is to deliver an efficient capital works program and infrastructure projects from inception to close out - safely, on time, within budget and to customer and community expectations.

This is a 12 month contract with view to extend, it will focus on:

  • Resource Planning
  • Workforce Optimisation
  • Strategic Workforce Planning
  • Forecasting Data Analysis and Continuous Improvement
  • Recruitment and other HR related matters

Who are you?

We are looking for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced project environment and is passionate about the success and wellbeing of our people, creating a high performing environment that sets them up for great achievement. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in HR and extensive experience in a similar role. It is important that you are able to build credibility quickly across the business and act as a trusted advisor to relevant leaders, supporting them on a diverse range of complex challenges.

You will need to have strong relationship management and communication skills, including the ability to influence key stakeholders, negotiate and resolve conflict.
