Your responsibilities will include:

As the APAC Talent & Organisational Development Leader, you will manage and enhance our capability to meet both current and future business needs by implementing effective policies, processes, and procedures. By applying a systematic approach, you'll develop and deliver tailored business solutions that align with customer requirements.

The APAC Talent & Organisational Development Leader, primarily responsibilities include:

  • Lead strategic programs in Talent Management, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, and Organisational Development & Design.
  • Design and deliver leadership, performance management, and change management programs across APAC.
  • Drive organisational effectiveness by fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Manage Exec talent pipelines, enhance leadership team effectiveness, and support growth initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor teams, ensuring robust talent retention and development processes.
  • Lead a small team of Centre of Expertise across the Region.

About you:

To be successful you will be an exceptional communicator with advanced verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly. Strong leadership and relationship-building abilities, skilled in managing through influence, driving innovation, and achieving business objectives. Experienced in operating within matrix organisations and leading change. Strategic thinker with the ability to bridge strategy to actionable objectives. Proven creativity and resourcefulness, coupled with advanced business acumen. Skilled at managing multiple priorities, making sound risk management decisions, and maintaining focus on solutions despite uncertainty.
