About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Trainee Storeperson to join our growing team at MMEM Port Lincoln. This is a full-time, permanent role offering real-world experience, industry training, and a pathway to long-term career growth.
From day one, you’ll be on your feet and in the thick of it—helping to keep our warehouse running like clockwork.
What you’ll get stuck into:

• Receiving and checking off deliveries
• Managing stock systems and updating records
• Picking and packing orders with accuracy
• Rotating and storing inventory safely
• Ensuring timely deliveries to customers
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
• Lending a hand with counter sales, invoicing, and general branch tasks

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who:

• Not essential, but may have worked in retail or a warehouse before (think: Bunnings, Coles, Woolies)
• Has basic computer skills and can learn fast
• Is a self-starter who gets things done without being micro-managed
• Enjoys physical work and staying active throughout the day
• Is a team player with a great attitude—no egos here!
• Brings strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Holds a current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
