About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our People and Culture Team. This role provides a pathway to grow your career in Human Resources through either an 18-month traineeship or a grow-your-own model, depending on your existing skills and experience. You'll receive mentoring and coaching from the People and Culture Team to support your success.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
  • Deliver human resource services across the organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the People and Culture Team by contributing to best-practice human resource operations.
  • Develop HR knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and study towards a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management.

About you:

We are looking for someone with a proactive and positive attitude, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. If you have experience in administration, recruitment or similar roles and are passionate about developing a career in Human Resources, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking someone with:

  • Strong administrative, recruitment or human resources experience (or similar transferable skills).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A problem-solving mindset and willingness to suggest and implement process improvements.
  • A hands-on approach, willing to contribute to all aspects of HR operations to support a proactive and effective HR culture.
  • A keen interest in learning and developing within the HR field.
  • Commitment to studying towards a Certificate IV in Human Resource Management as part of the traineeship or grow your own opportunity.
