Due to significant growth Randstad are partnering with the State, Federal and Local Government to work on large portfolios. We are recruiting a number of experienced Scribes for contractual assignments.

The Position

As a scribe you will have the opportunity to assist our Government clients through their recruitment process for government appointed positions.

  • Attractive Hourly Pay Rates $55-$62 per hour + superannuation
  • Flexible hours with remote work

Your duties can vary and may include:

  • Attend panel interviews
  • Recording detailed notes during job interviews
  • Guiding and supporting selection panels through the recruitment process
  • Conducting reference checks
  • Preparing final selection reports

What you will bring to the role:

  • Previous experience scribing for the public sector (State, Federal or Local Government) is essential
  • Knowledge of Public Sector recruitment processes
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to use multiple systems and applications
  • Exceptional active listening skills and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with people at various levels
  • General flexibility and availability for ad hoc assignments
  • Ability to work in a time pressure and changing environment
