Description:
We’re seeking experienced leaders to join our FringeTIX team as Box Office & Customer Service Supervisors, overseeing operations at our Box Offices, Call Centre, Info Booth, and off-site locations. You’ll lead a large casual team, ensuring they are informed on FringeTIX Terms & Conditions, the Fringe Guide, and up-to-date venue and show details.
As the face of Fringe, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and ticket sales while inspiring your team to uphold high standards. Your passion for the Fringe program will drive a positive, proactive approach to customer interactions.
- ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Previous working knowledge and experience working in an arts organisation with particular emphasis on Box Office and/or call centre supervision is highly desirable
- Experience working with the Red61 ticketing platform or similar. Full training on the Red61 ticketing platform and Adelaide Fringe program and venues will be conducted during the training week
- Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with a broad range of committed staff and stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, in a professional and ethical manner
- Proven ability to lead a team as well as create and maintain a friendly, hardworking culture
- High level computer literacy (including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills to manage complex tasks and competing deadlines concurrently
- High level attention to detail for data entry
- Proven competency in the field of customer service, particularly conflict resolution
- Availability to work over a seven day, rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays as required
- Must be available for the training day – 4th February 2025
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Experience with the Red61 Ticketing System and/or competency with ticketing systems
- Experience with the Employment Hero/Swag rostering system or similar
- Experience managing or supervising a team of multiple employees
- Experience working in an open-access arts festival environment
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Adelaide based applicants with a strong knowledge of the city and surrounding suburbs are encouraged to apply
