Duties
• Manage residential property portfolio end-to-end
• Handle leasing, inspections, maintenance, and arrears
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies
• Use PropertyMe and other company systems to streamline tasks
• Help foster a positive, high-performing team culture
