The Role
Recruitment Consultant - White Collar Permanent Recruitment
Responsibilities:
- End to end recruitment of a range of White-Collar roles across multiple industries
- Developing business opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Maintaining system integrity of our ATS
- Representing RED at industry events
- Opportunity to build your own desk and own the full 360 recruitment process
- Achievement of activity targets
The successful person will possess:
- A track record of success in permanent recruitment
- A demonstrated network in their chosen industry
- A positive, can do, attitude
- A genuine desire to provide our clients with outstanding service
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work with pace and urgency
