Our Client:Established in 2012, our client is a rapidly growing Occupational Therapy provider who service people under the NDIS across Australia. Having recognised the need for Occupational Therapists to achieve more flexible working, our client developed a unique business framework that supports practitioners to establish and run their own private practice. Our client has successfully supported over 50 Occupational Therapists across Australia to establish their own practice, and are looking for more ambitious clinicians to help on this journey.

We are seeking ambitious Occupational Therapists to run their own private practices with the support of a well-established OT business.
Joining the team you will have full business and admin support with a customer service team, appointment booking team, quality assurance and accounts team. This leaves you to work independently as a clinician, set your own business hours / days, choose your clinical caseload and billings. You will be fully supported with in house OT referrals, and be able to specialise in your area of clinical interest. Join a friendly community of over 50 other likeminded OT's who have successfully established their own business. Share resources and clinical knowledge to ensure the highest quality of care is being provided to your patients.
Locations: Australia wide. This is a flexible role allowing you to choose your own hours and build a caseload close to home.
We currently require OT's who specialise in Paediatrics, Mental Health, or Driver training.

About You:
- Relevant Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience
- Ambitious and self driven
- Passionate about providing quality care
- Outstanding communication and networking skills
- Excellent writing skills and experience writing reports
- Eligible to work permanently in Australia
