About the Role
Provide high quality administrative support and travel logistics to the ALPA RTO team.
If you have prior experience working in an education, an RTO background or previous experience working with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander communities, then we would love to hear from you!
Key Accountabilities
- Provide administration support for the implementation of training activities.
- Provide data entry of student documents into the student management system
- Book travel following established procedures.
- Maintain a series of registers.
- Undertake purchasing activities including identifying suppliers, seeking quotes, creating purchase orders, ordering stock, receipting stock, and requesting invoices.
- Perform administration support for meetings and other reasonable duties as requested by the RTO Compliance and Projects Manager.
- Be a champion of the ALPA values and demonstrate a commitment to work health and safety.
About You
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using electronic systems for financial reporting and stock control.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills and adaptable to meet the needs of people from diverse cultural and educational backgrounds.
- High-level attention to detail with data entry.
- Sound organisational skills and ability to multitask
- An ability to obtain and maintain an NT driving license.
