The opportunityDelaware North Australia now have multiple positions available to lead our teams in both the Housekeeping & Cleaning department at Mindil Beach Casino Resort. Available roles include Housekeeping Team Leader & Cleaning Team Leader.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are able to communicate effectively to both colleagues and guests, and uphold a high standard of attention to detail by following departmental policies and procedures.

What you will do?
Monitor team performance and delegate tasksMonitor stock control of mini bar, cleaning products and linenSupervise, train and upskill employeesEnsure WH&S procedures are adhered toInspecting rooms to ensure they have been cleaned to a high standard
More About You
Strong knowledge of the Housekeeping and Cleaning industryDemonstrated experience in a supervisory or Houseman positionProficient in Microsoft Office and good computer literacy skillsExcellent communication and ability to lead and motivate a teamAbility to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
