Who We Are:
Think Water Broome is your local water solutions specialist based in Broome. As part of a national network we focus on the design, supply and installation of high-quality pump, irrigation and filtration systems. Whether it’s for commercial, industrial, agricultural or residential projects – we deliver water smarter.
We’re currently looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team in a sales and store support role.
The Role:
As a key member of the Think Water Broome team, you’ll be the go-to person for customers seeking expert advice, product recommendations and reliable service. Your role will combine retail sales, customer support and inventory management – no two days are the same!
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting both retail and trade customers – offering expert advice and tailored water solutions
• Providing technical support and product knowledge to ensure a great customer experience
• Stock and inventory management – maintaining stock levels, placing orders and assisting with stocktakes
• Building strong, lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business
• Working collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and share product knowledge
What You Bring:
• Experience in retail sales or customer service (experience in irrigation, hardware, or plumbing industries is a bonus but not essential )
• Knowledge of irrigation, pumps, or water systems – or a genuine willingness to learn
• A friendly, professional manner with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidence in a dynamic environment
• Computer literacy, good problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• A strong team ethic and commitment to excellent customer service
• A valid driver’s license
• Availability to work Saturday mornings on a roster basis
• Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
