Hospitality Services Operations Manager
Join our dynamic team at Epworth Richmond as the Hospitality Services Operations Manager
In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Environmental Services team, ensuring operational excellence, and driving the ongoing strategic development of these departments.
Reporting to the Group Director of Support Services, you will be part of Support Services Team and will play a pivotal role in the success of our hospitality services, providing direction and support while aligning with the overall goals of the organisation.
This is an exciting full-time, permanent opportunity to make a lasting impact on the operational growth and success of Richmond’s hospitality services.
This will be achieved by:
- Working together with other Hospitality Services Operations Managers to ensure a consistent and united approach across all Epworth sites.
Having a flexible approach; with the willingness and ability to work at any of the Epworth HealthCare Hospital sites. - Leading a patient-oriented team toward the timely and safe delivery of Hospitality Services to all our patients; which, in turn, will result in an exceptional patient experience.
- Driving a culture of accountability; where high performing teams operate within a framework of best practice in customer service delivery.
- Effectively managing all resources with the aim of optimising quality, activity, business development and financial performance through continuous improvement.
- Overseeing the maintenance of operating environments to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients, visitors and staff.
- Contributing to the ongoing development of Epworth HealthCare’s internal culture and external reputation through:
- Demonstrating behaviours and attitudes that are consistent with Epworth’s Vision and Values and professional Support Services philosophy.
- Building strong and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders to continue building the reputation and brand of Epworth HealthCare.
