Description:
The position will be responsible for meeting the contractual requirements and statutory and regulatory obligations of the sites / portfolio on a day to day basis whilst supporting the Integrated Facilities Management service line for Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of the client.
About the role:
As a Facilities Coordinator at the ECU Bunbury Campus, you will be responsible for managing the building and equipment maintenance schedules, physical space, and the experience of the people within the premises. You will report to the off-site Facilities Manager and ensure the delivery of facilities management services, meeting contractual requirements and statutory and regulatory obligations. Your role includes providing operational facilities management support, handling preventative and reactive maintenance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About you:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Facilities Administrator, Customer Service Agent, or Maintenance Coordinator.

Strong planning, back and front of house administration and organisational skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience in meeting client needs within agreed timelines (SLA’s).

Experience in the hospitality industry/customer service and or trades experience preferred.

Diploma in Facilities Management preferred or trade qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.

Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management.

Ability to manage client experience and communicate effectively.

Proficient in systems and data management.
