Salary: HSO Level G6 $106,410 - $115,058 p.a. pro rata (plus 11.5% superannuation)

This is a Recruitment Pool for Permanent and Fixed Term appointments, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency, at various hours per fortnight.
Position Profile: In conjunction with the Regional Manager Human Resources, this position provides effective and efficient delivery of HR Services to the South West.
In addition, this position provides a consultancy and advisory service to management and staff on all aspects of Human Resources Management, and provides advice and support to managers in the implementation of change processes, in alignment with organisational priorities and public sector standards.
Area Profile: The South West is located in the southern-western corner of Australia and covers an area of nearly 24,000 square kilometres. It is Western Australia’s most popular tourist destination and has unique biodiversity and a rich natural environment. The Regional Health Service offers two (2) main health facilities at Bunbury and Busselton. The Health Service is also widely supported with a network of smaller hospitals and Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) sites at: Augusta, Boyup Brook, Bridgtown, Collie, Donnybrook, Harvey, Margaret River, Nannup, Northcliffe, Pemberton and Warren.
