What We're Looking For:
We’re after a passionate and driven Sous Chef who’s ready to step into a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen. Someone who thrives on creativity, enjoys collaboration, and brings strong leadership to the team.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role
- A love for food and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes
- The ability to lead, motivate and support the kitchen team
- A flair for innovation and menu creation
- Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Playing a key role in menu development and presentation
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organised kitchen
- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and cost management
