Job DescriptionAssistant Manager (Hotel Service Manager) Are you a dedicated hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for guest service? We’re looking for an experienced Hotel Services Manager to oversee and support our hotel service operations, ensuring seamless and high-quality guest experiences. Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Company: Victoria Hotel Toodyay (Toodyay Food & Liquor Merchant Pty Ltd) Location: Toodyay WA 6566 Annual Remuneration: $73,150 to $76,000 plus superannuation Key Responsibilities:
- Support the manager in delivering guest and accommodation services and ensure smooth coordination across all service areas.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of hotel service staff, monitor work performance, provide constructive feedback, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
- Assess operational needs and assign tasks to housekeeping staff, porters, and door attendants accordingly.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align team efforts and deliver consistent guest experiences.
- Maintain and monitor staff schedules, shift rosters, and attendance records to ensure adequate coverage.
- Promote and enforce workplace health and safety standards and procedures.
- Address and help resolve staff concerns or workplace issues in a professional and supportive manner.
- Assist with front desk operations and guest reception tasks as required.

- Proven experience of at least 1 year in a hotel supervisory or management role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Solid understanding of hospitality operations and safety regulations.
