Spanning more than 30 years, Tradesales proudly continues to develop key supply partnerships with large companies, contractors and small and medium enterprise throughout Australia in the following industry sectors: Mining; Energy, Resource, Infrastructure, Engineering, Transport, Defence, State Government; and Local Council.

We are currently looking for Painters to join our team, the job duties are (but not limited to):

• Ability to mix and use both Enamel and two pack paints
• Prepares surface ready to be painted by removing old paint and cleaning dirt.
• Applies masking tape over parts and areas that are not to be coated.
• Applies paint to surfaces using brushes, rollers and spray.
• Cleans equipment and brushes and work areas
• May use sanding disc/grinder or wire brush to remove rust from metal.
• Verifies conformance of finished work piece to correct specifications.
• Responsible for checking quality of finished product

Skills and experience: 3 years’ experience in painting Ability to read and understand engineering and workshop drawings Positive “can do” attitude and ability to work well in a team and also independently Demonstrated commitment to quality and self-motivation Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Hold relevant trades qualification is desirable Salary: $73,150 per annum.
