Description:
Our client, a market leader in civil engineering solutions, is looking for a skilled and motivated Estimator to join their Perth team on a full time permanent basis. As part of an Australian-owned National Civil Engineering Company, you will play a pivotal role in preparing estimates and tenders while growing your skills and experience in the field.

Responsibilities include:
- Collecting and analyzing project data to develop precise and cost-effective estimates.
- Creating detailed and accurate tenders based on the review of project plans, specifications, and relevant documents.
- Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to gather quotations and determine the most economical solutions.
- Preparing comprehensive tender packages, including schedules, programs, and other essential documentation.
- Collaborating with the Senior Estimator to ensure submissions are accurate and meet deadlines.
Skills & Experience Required:
- A Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) or similar tertiary qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably within Civil as an Estimator.
- Minimum of 2 years' local experience in Australia.
- Experience in interpreting documents such as specifications, construction plans, and BOQs.
- Software proficiency in Bluebeam, MS Project, Expert, and internal systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in your work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A current Construction Induction Safety certificate (White Card) is essential.
