About the Role:
We are seeking experienced Final Trim Dozer Operators to join our team. This role involves working on steep terrain with GPS-controlled dozers to trim within 20mm accuracy. You will work on slopes up to 20 degrees, ensuring precision in rehabilitation earthworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate GPS-equipped dozers (Trimble, Topcon, or Leica) to final trim accuracy within 20mm
- Conduct rehabilitation works, including reshaping terrain to environmental and safety specifications
- Work on steep slopes (up to 20 degrees) while maintaining precision and control
- Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance on equipment
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and ground teams to meet project goals
- Maintain a high level of awareness and commitment to workplace safety

Key Requirements:
- RIIMPO308D Conduct tracked dozer operations ticket (Essential)
- C Class manual driver’s licence (essential).
- White Card (essential).
- Prior Final trim experience using GPS technologies.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
