About the role:
The Mechanical Maintenance team is currently seeking a Maintainer Fitter to join them on a 14/14 Days & Nights Roster based at Roy Hill Mine.
Reporting to the Supervisor Mechanical Maintenance, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and servicing of fixed plant equipment within the Process Plant. Working in a collaborative and safety-focused environment, you will contribute to minimising downtime and maximising operational performance.

Duties:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing of fixed plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to minimise downtime and maximise operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide regular updates to supervisors.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of equipment
Skills and Experience:
- Trade qualification as a Fitter
- Experience in mechanical maintenance within a process plant or similar industrial environment.
- Current WA Drivers Licence, Unrestricted C Class required
- Forklift, Elevated Work Platform, Rigging and Dogging High Risk Work Licences Desirable
- Strong trouble shooting and problem solving capability
- Strong understanding of Critical Risks associated with Fixed Plant Maintenance
