Busy Bees at Baldivis South is a 104-place service that welcomes you with warm and nurturing learning environments and two nature-inspired playgrounds. Located around the corner from the Baldivis South Community Centre, this service's philosophy focuses on the Reggio Emilia Approach prides themselves on it's culture as an inclusive practice.
About the role
Our Service is seeking a passionate & creative Early Childhood Teacher to deliver our Kindergarten Program . If you are an ECT with a passion for creating innovative learning environment and programs and are looking for an opportunity to display your leadership skills, this is the role for you!

Essential Qualifications
-
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Australian Children’s Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).

A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one.

First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
Essential Skills and Attributes
-
Deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to deliver high-quality education programs.

Ability to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with children, families and colleagues.
-
Skill in observing children’s progress, documenting their learning and using this information to guide future planning.
-
Ability to work effectively with other educators, support staff and families to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
-
Prior experience in teaching in an early childhood settings.

Ensuring an inclusive environment where all children, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities, can thrive.

Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.

Engagement in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and practices.
-
Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools used for children’s documentation and parent communication.
