About our client
One of the world's leading mining and infrastructure solutions providers. From the production and supply of explosives and blasting systems, our client is seeking a warehouse operator to join their team in Helidon (Queensland).
What you will be doing
As a warehouse operator you are required to adhere to adequate controls and processes to ensure that all materials are managed and accounted for in a totally controlled manner.
Other duties include:
- Loading and unloading of trucks
- Inventory management
- Completion of work orders
- Data entry using SAP
- Liaising with customers to maintain strong relationships
This is an ongoing position with an immediate start whereby the candidate will with also have the opportunity to move into a full-time/permanent position with the company.
What you will need
- High Risk Forklift Licence highly desirable
- MR Licence highly desirable
- Reasonable Computer Aptitude
- Experience with detailed Record Keeping
- Warehouse and Inventory Management a must
- Reasonable level of fitness: lifting, manual handling
