About the Role
WorkPac is currently seeking a Property Specialist for a full-time, permanent position based in Karratha. This Monday to Friday role is responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of a portfolio of housing and office spaces. The position involves coordinating maintenance activities, managing tenant transitions, and supporting office facility operations for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage housing allocations and sub-leasing to ensure optimal property utilisation.
- Oversee the residential property portfolio in line with the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA).
- Maintain accurate property and allocation data in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Respond to property-related enquiries and coordinate urgent and routine maintenance.
- Conduct inspections including condition reports, vacate and bond inspections, and annual reviews.
- Manage procurement and upkeep of office furniture and fittings.
- Coordinate both scheduled and reactive maintenance for all property assets.
- Assist with maintenance and set-up of employee office facilities, including desk arrangements and internal moves.
- Review variable outgoings and invoices related to commercial property operations.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Completion of, or ability to complete within 12 months, a Property Management Certificate.
- Experience in corporate or residential property management, with strong stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to coordinate property operations and maintenance.
- Sound understanding of asset management and ability to interpret contracts and technical documents.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
- Valid C Class Drivers Licence.
