Your next role:
- Conduct assessments, implement high quality therapeutic interventions and strategies, and review and evaluate client needs, to promote engagement, their life choices and enable goal achievement
- Provide services in a variety of settings - in people’s homes, clinics, the community and at day centres
- Assess for and provide assistive technology to allow safe participation in daily activities and occupations
- Keep thorough documentation and progress notes in line with funding requirements and internal processes
- Participate in quality improvement, research and service development projects when required
About you:
- An Occupational Therapist registered with AHPRA
- Experience as an Occupational Therapist in the disability sector and a sound understanding of NDIS
- Demonstrated ability conducting functional capacity assessments and delivering services to adults with psychosocial needs
- Respectful team player who is motivated by ongoing learning and passionate about family centred practice
- Models values of connection, curiosity, courage and commitment to achieve outcomes that make a positive impact
