About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Electricians to join our team at our coal mining operations. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and repairing electrical systems that keep our site running safely and efficiently. Whether you’re returning to the workforce, changing industries, or continuing to build your trade career, we offer a supportive environment where your growth and wellbeing matter.
- Performing installation, maintenance, and repairs on electrical equipment and infrastructure
- Identifying and resolving faults to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
- Supporting safe execution of shutdowns and planned maintenance
- Collaborating with the electrical and broader maintenance teams
- Responding to breakdowns with a calm, safety-first mindset
- Maintaining compliance through inspections, testing, and clear documentation
- Participating in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Sharing your knowledge or learning from others – mentoring is welcomed but not required

About You
You’re a qualified electrician with a passion for quality work, safety, and being part of a supportive team. You don’t need to tick every box, but if you bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
- Hold an Australian-recognised Electrical Trade Certificate
- Have experience in mining, industrial, or similar environments
- Understand safety systems, isolation procedures, and electrical compliance
- Are confident troubleshooting and solving problems on the go
- Value clear communication, respect, and teamwork
- Are open to mentoring or being mentored – we support growth at every stage
- Appreciate flexibility around family, health, and personal commitments
- Believe that technical excellence and inclusion go hand in hand
