As an Associate Research Fellow, you will: Conduct high-quality research, scholarship and creative activities generating high impact outputs, with mentorshipEngage collaboratively to participate in novel and high-quality research or creative activitiesParticipate in intra- and inter-disciplinary research collaborationsBuild awareness of relevant industry partners and opportunities for HDRs/ECRs placementsEnsure impact of academic activity on the field and the community
To be successful, you’ll have: PhD in a relevant discipline and/or other relevant qualifications and experienceEmerging research and scholarship through publications, and/or exhibitions as appropriate to the disciplineAbility to contribute to communities through researchCapacity to contribute to teaching, research and administrationExcellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to establish good working relationships with colleaguesExperience in the synthesis of small molecules (Desirable)
