About the Team:

The Customer, Communication and Engagement team connects our community of internal and external stakeholders with Toowoomba Regional Council’s key information. The team is passionate about creating great experiences through internal communication, customer service, marketing, community engagement and media liaison. About the position:

The Digital and Knowledge Management Officer position is responsible for maintaining and ensuring continuous improvement of the digital content and knowledge management systems utilised by our customers, customer service team, and other teams in the organisation.

  • This is a permanent full-time position based in the Toowoomba CBD.
  • The annual salary range for this position is $81,856.93 - $87,550.25 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation.

How to be successful in this position:

  • Hold the desirable qualification(s), training and experience, as outlined under the 'Success Criteria' in the Position Description (attached).
  • Knowledge of digital tools (Content Management and Knowledge Management systems), including review and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and apply knowledge of organisational requirements, policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated organisational, leadership and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and teamwork skills.
