✨ Are you ready to make a splash in the exciting world of pools and spas? Formosa Pools and Spas is on the hunt for passionate individuals to join our innovative team! We have exciting opportunities for Pool Builders, Qualified and Trainee Positions!
You will be integral to our operations, contributing to the physical aspects of installing pools and spas. Trainee positions will involve working closely with experienced professionals, learning the trade, and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the industry.
You'll assist with the installation of pools and spas, which may include tasks like general laboring, pool plumbing, machine operation, truck driving, form work, and concrete.
Safely transport and handle materials and equipment required for various jobs, including loading and unloading trucks and organizing tools at the worksite.
Adhere to safety protocols by wearing appropriate gear, following safety instructions, and reporting any hazards to supervisors.
Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with coworkers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Previous experience is beneficial but not required. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are what we value most!
A MR licence is Preferred, although it is not essential.
The role requires good physical condition, as it often involves manual labor, including heavy lifting and working outdoors.
Reliability and punctuality are critical, affecting the entire team’s workflow.
