About the role
The Support Officer is responsible for the provision of a wide range of administrative duties, which support the delivery of high-quality education programs. In performing these duties, the Support Officer may support the work of TAFE SA teams and liaise with a diverse range of key stakeholders. The Support Officer is expected to work as part of a larger Administrative Services team to ensure a high standard of customer service is always provided to internal and external customers. The Support Officer will always deliver high quality customer service demonstrating a student-centred approach to delivery, taking ownership and seeking solutions to resolve problems within their level of delegation.

Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed. Applicants who do not hold a WWCC will need to apply at Department of Human Services (DHS).
- Some out of hours work may be required.
- The incumbent may be required to work in different teams as workload demand changes.
- Operational and working hours may be adjusted according to business needs.
- The incumbent may need to travel to an alternative location, when required.
- Some intrastate/ interstate travel and overnight absences may be required.
