About This Opportunity
This is a dynamic, hands-on role at the heart of our service operations. You'll oversee field activities, support technician performance, and ensure seamless branch operations. Working closely with techs, Customer Service Coordinators, internal teams, and customers, you'll drive safety, scheduling efficiency, service quality, and ongoing improvement.

What You’ll Do
-
Lead by example : Provide on-the-ground technical support, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs of commercial food & beverage equipment.

Mentor and manage : Coach, guide, and support a team of service technicians to meet KPIs and grow their technical capabilities.

Drive performance : Monitor team efficiency, first-time fix rates, and customer satisfaction, ensuring continuous improvement across service delivery.

Coordinate operations : Work with the Service Manager and Customer Service coordinators to improve scheduling, reduce overtime, and optimise service routes.

Handle escalations : Be the go-to for resolving complex service issues—working with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders to find solutions fast.

Manage compliance : Conduct audits, enforce WH&S standards, and ensure timesheets, documentation, and reports are accurate and timely.

Build relationships : Foster strong partnerships with key clients and internal teams, promoting a culture of high-quality, customer-centric service.
What You’ll Need
Qualifications & Licences:
-
Trade Qualification in Electrical, Refrigeration, or Gas Fitting (preferred)

Restricted Disconnect/Reconnect Electrical License (essential)

Full Electrical License (highly regarded)

Valid driver’s licence, Police Check & WWCC
Experience:
-
3+ years in commercial food & beverage equipment servicing or related field

Proven experience leading service technicians or small teams

Strong fault-finding, installation, and preventative maintenance skills

Solid grasp of WH&S, compliance standards, and service best practices
