Gumera Learning Haven is a brand new purpose-built 100 place early learning haven. The state-of-the-art learning haven will provide high quality education to families in the surrounding suburbs of Upper Coomera and beyond. The spacious 6 room indoor learning studios have been designed to suit the needs of all children, aged 6 weeks to school age.
Featuring learning environments with open ended resources that create opportunities for rich and valuable learning possibilities, complimented by natural, sustainable and inspiring environments, with a range of engaging and explorative play spaces will be a child’s dream. Our learning haven provides educational experiences that allows for exceptional learning opportunities.
We are currently recruiting for an Early Childhood Teacher.
Do you have a PASSION and VISION for exceptional Early Childhood Education …? Then we need YOU as our Early Childhood Teacher Extradonnaire …. to assist in bringing our beautiful learning haven to fruition.
The position requires relevant qualifications and certificates, including: Bachelor qualifications or studying towards, Suitability Card (blue card), Asthma & Anaphylaxis, Police Checks etc… and relevant experience for the role you are applying for (please specify role position you are interested in within your application).
Skill sets required:
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A commitment to best practice and early years learning
- Demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to mentoring team members.
- An understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations and the Assessment and Rating Process.
- An understanding of the
Early Years Learning Framework and Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
- A commitment to ongoing professional learning and personal growth.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative
