We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Site Administrator. Reporting directly to the site Operations Manager, you will take ownership of site-based administrative functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Position Summary

Immediate key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
 Providing administrative support to Project Managers across various tasks
 Ensuring prompt action is taken on all site access requests
 Assisting with timesheet management
 Supporting procurement and inventory control for site supplies
 Handling general office administration, including correspondence, reporting, and data entry
 Ensuring compliance with site safety standards and company procedures
 Coordinating and liaising with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers

Responsibilities

Requirements

 Previous experience in a site administration or office administration role (mining or construction industry experience preferred)
 Strong organisational and time management skills
 Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative systems
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 A strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
 Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen
 Enthusiastic, supportive, and collaborative team member with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a friendly demeanour

 12 months experience in a similar role (preferred)
 Drivers Licence
 Coal Board Medical
 Standard 11 Training (preffered)
* All Requirements Current – completed within the past 5 years.
