The Opportunity

At Infin8 care, we pride ourselves on our ability to provide an environment which encourages and enables residents to remain independent.

Working as part of the Service Delivery Team, the Admissions Navigator works closely with prospective residents and their families and is responsible for guiding them through the admission process at what can be a stressful and emotional time. This includes.

  • Working with our clinical, sales, admissions, and finance teams to ensure a smooth transition for our new residents.
  • Managing enquiries, both via email and phone, in a timely and empathetic manner.
  • Liaise with customers and our facilities to schedule onsite tours.
  • Management of data into our various Customer Relationship Management systems

About You

We hire on attitude and aptitude, so experience in the aged care sector is not required. However, experience in a phone base customer service environment such as travel or call centre, or another similar environment is essential. Additionally, you will possess.

  • Strong communication written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to empathise with others and be respectful of their situation at all times.
  • Experience in responding to a high-volume of enquiries.
  • Experience working with different CRM systems.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Proven ability to work to and meet deadlines and KPIs .
