The RoleProgrammed Care are a leading provider of disability, home & community care services across Australia.
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to fill a full-time role as a Care Consultant in our Adelaide office (located in Underdale). Option to work from home 1 day per week is also available.
As the first point of contact with our company, the Care Consultant is responsible for:
Providing high-quality customer service to all current & future clients & field employeesScheduling and rostering of field employees to our clients, creating and maintaining ongoing rosters and managing ad-hoc scheduling changes as requiredManaging our incoming phone line, responding to all inquiries promptly and professionally Day-to-day operational oversight of employee and client service delivery, escalating issues and working with the team to resolve them promptly Reporting of injuries, incidents and complaints using appropriate business procedures
The role involves significant training and development opportunities and will require a high degree of attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Key Requirements
Proven experience working in a call centre, customer service, allocations or scheduling/rostering roleStrong IT skills and an ability to learn new systems quicklyKnowledge of the staffing/labour hire industry is idealAdministrative experienceExperience or knowledge of the disability or health sector will be looked upon favourably
