About The Role
As a Boutique Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the boutique and ensure the boutique delivers an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for leading and motivating the team to achieve sales targets, objectives and KPI’s.What you will bring:Minimum of 3 - 5 years retail management experienceA strong business acumen to work to budgets, create weekly rosters and analyse reports based on KPIsAbility to achieve and exceed targets and set objectives at a boutique level and across the regionStrong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Team management and team development experience– the ability to lead and coach teams to success

This is a Full-Time Permanent Position on a rotating roster, at 38 hour a week, where you will be expected to work at least one weekend every fortnight.
