About the role:
This is a full-time contract opportunity until December 2025 located in Campbelltown. Starting base annual salary of $79,823 to $87,169 negotiable based on experience, plus super, plus access to generous salary packaging options. Leave benefits included.

About the opportunity:
As a Caseworker in our Early Intervention Programs, you’ll be a trusted support to families, children and young people in Southwestern Sydney. You’ll work one-on-one with individuals and families — in homes, in community settings, wherever they feel safe — to help them build on their strengths, navigate life’s challenges and create lasting change.
Provide hands-on casework and case management with warmth, integrity and respect.Support parents, carers and families to build stronger, safer relationships.Advocate for the needs of children, young people and families in vulnerable situations.Facilitate evidence-based parenting programs like Tuning into Kids or Circle of Security.Work flexibly — sometimes before school or in the evening — because the needs of our families come first.Be part of a collaborative, values-driven team that celebrates culture, inclusion and diversity every day.
Your Qualifications & Experience
You’ll have relevant tertiary qualifications in social sciences or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience working with children, families or youth.You listen deeply, build trust, and bring heart to your work.Has experience supporting families through complex challenges like domestic violence, mental health, or homelessness.Understands the importance of early intervention and wants to be part of the solution.Is confident working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and people from culturally diverse backgrounds.Is ready to roll up your sleeves, work as part of a team, and make a real impact.Current Drivers Licence as well as current NSW WWCC.
