We’re Neon Hair & Beauty, one of the Gold Coast’s most-loved salons, known for our lived-in blondes, balayage, dimensional colours, and all things hair and beauty. We’re currently on the hunt for a Senior Stylist and a Salon Coordinator to join our fun, professional team in our spacious, light-filled salon located right in the heart of the Gold Coast.
✨ ABOUT THE ROLES ✨
Salon Coordinator (Casual)
You’ll be the welcoming face of the salon—greeting clients, managing bookings, answering enquiries, assisting with retail sales, and keeping the front desk running like a dream. You’ll also support the team with scheduling, inventory, and keeping our beautiful space organised and flowing smoothly. If you're friendly, organised, and love creating a great vibe—this one's for you!
Senior Hair Stylist (Full-Time or Part-Time)
We’re after a passionate, creative stylist who delivers exceptional 1:1 service and is confident in all things colour and cutting. You’ll be reliable, motivated, and thrive both independently and as part of a team. A love of learning and growing is essential—we’ve got some exciting education planned with Australia’s best trainers!
