Excellent opportunity for a talented Revit Technician with advanced BIM skills to assist a busy property developer/constructor with an inhouse documentation team who are transitioning to Revit from AutoCAD.Our client is a highly successful CBD based development group who are active in tall tower apartments, serviced apartments and hotels.
Ideally you will have the capacity to initiate a Revit model, create file libraries, families and content, liaise with external design studios and bring a strong technical construction documentation knowledge on residential tower projects.
In addition to assisting the company with their transition to Revit, you will also be taking on the design development and documentation of tall towers as the projects progress.
It would be ideal if you have around 10 years of industry experience with highly advanced Revit skills and strong technical construction detailing skills. Exceptional proficiency using Revit is required, along with a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, as the documentation is finished off on existing projects.
Offered on a permanent basis, this role would be an ideal opportunity to take ownership of implementing Revit within a studio, while mentoring others and being a key part of the technical team within a developer environment.
Salary circa $95,000 per annum plus Superannuation.
