Our client is an Australian subsidiary of a global manufacturer with a small to medium operation specialising in solenoid and pneumatic valve solutions for the OEM, industrial, and process sectors. They are seeking a motivated, solutions-focused Sales Representative to join their tight-knit, high-energy team. While small in size locally, the team brings a big spirit - committed to supporting one another, sharing a laugh, and making a genuine impact for their customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the full sales cycle in Victoria - from market development to closing orders
- Building strong partnerships with OEMs, reps, distributors, and end-users
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Creating value-driven proposals and tailored customer solutions
- Nurturing new business opportunities and meeting with prospective customers
- Monthly reporting on sales activities
- Consistently achieving monthly and annual sales targets
- Travelling extensively (up to 70%) across your territory, with some travel to NSW and SA as required

What You'll Bring
- A proven track record in B2B technical sales (3-5+ years) in the pneumatics or mechanical industry
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivation, strong organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Outgoing personality with a good sense of humour
- A valid driver's license
- Familiarity with CRM and Office365 tools
- An engineering qualification (a bonus, not essential)
