The role and responsibilities:
Reporting to the L&D Manager you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and administration of all Learning and Development activities for the company. The role focuses on fostering employee growth, and performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to :

• Coordinating the L & D internal training programs and post-trade technical training
• Maintaining licensing and registration records in the Learning Management System including compliance etc
• Coordinating multiple training sessions across different locations while ensuring minimal disruption
• Assisting with audits and reporting related to training records and compliance
• Support the L&D team with projects and initiatives as required
• Keeping up to date with L&D trends, new technologies and industry best practices
• Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring training needs are met, encouraging employee engagement and continuously improving training initiatives

You demonstrate:

• 3 - 5 years of previous experience in Learning & Development, HR and/or Training
• Excellent communication and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High attention to detail and strong organisation and time management skills
• A 'can do' attitude and are results-driven
• Approachable person, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
