Description:
The role:-Provide classroom assistance to support adult learners to set goals and work towards accomplishing them
-Assist Foundational learners to build upon basic numeracy and literacy skills. Including: reading, writing, speaking, listening, understanding simple mathematical symbols and using time and money
-Assist the Trainer to provide individualised learning and guidance as required
-Assist in the development of a classroom culture where learners feel supported, encouraged and heard. Serve as a positive role model by modelling desirable behaviours
-Be dependable and consistent in attendance
-Provide information and feedback to the Trainer to help evaluate learner progress and report any concerns relating to learner wellbeing

Time commitment:
The course runs weekly on Mondays from 9.00am-3.00pm (there can be some flexibility re hours attended)
Commencing on the 28th April for approx 12 months
