About The Role
We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and proactive manager who enjoys a challenge, loves a dynamic working environment and enjoys working with people. Operational & management experience is ideal, the job involves:
Management of day-to-day community operations.Providing a high level of customer service to the community, enjoys building a community to engage residents - this includes arranging events, entertainment and social gatheringsWorking in conjunction with Ingenia marketing teams to maintain high occupancy in the VillageCoordinate the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building and financial resources within the communityEnsuring grounds and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard

Exceptional customer service skills Kind, caring and dynamic natureA demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working to operational requirements
