Retail management experience. Passion for developing others and building a strong team cultureA natural ability to motivate and inspire your team Confidence in managing a diverse range of personalities. Strong skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
